I was a big fan of your product that I purchased and downloaded many CDG files to burn onto CD and it worked wonderfully. But I havent used the product in about six months and cant find my serial number provided in email. So I need to be reissued all that I need to make it work - I cant even recall where I downloaded the burning software to begin with. Please help me out - I need get this up and running quick.
