Hello,
I set the Windows Regional settings, language, font and keyboard to Farsi. I then created a text file in Notepad and attempted to import it to powerkaraoke (I also set the corresponding options in powerkaraoke). It seemed as though some of the Unicode information was lost during importing. I got no error messages, however it didn't look right (ex: pressing the 'A' key twice in a row, followed by space bar, showed two letters that are correctly connected to each other in Notepad; once the file was imported to powerkaraoke however, it showed two letters separate from each other). This is hard to explain, unless you're familiar with the language.
Anyway, can you adivse please? Also, what about highlighting? Will that feature be available for right to left languages?
thanks in advance,
Afshin |

We are still working on RTL support. At the moment (version 1.2.6) the RTL text looks properly on screen and on preview, but there are problems with editor (letters are not connected). After you import Unicode text you will see that in editor it does not look properly, but it should look fine on preview. We hope to add full RTL support to editor in a week.
Highlighting should also work properly if you select [please do not post unlock codes]left mode. _________________ Piotr
