|
|
I purchased the Power Karaoke CD+G to Video Converter and use it to convert my CD+Gs to AVI files. It works nicely except for the Karaoke Database Lookup. Right now your program (using FreeDB) lists the CD+G song titles, Artists, etc. on about 1/2 of my inventory (over 200 C+-Gs). I found another program; Karaoke Song List by www.airwer.com) that has recognized all of my CD+Gs; listing Song Title, Artist, etc. Is there any way I can utilize your CD+G to Video Converter
program with the Karaoke Song List program? |

I am afraid that at the moment FreeDB is the only option. We are working on our own song database and hope to add this to all our software at the end of the year. _________________ Piotr

It's odd becasue Windows Media Player can read the track names. What I did was to cut and paste the track names from Media Player into Audiograbber and then used Audiograbber to submit the CD to FreeDB. Works great and only takes a minute of two per CD.
There's a link to Audiograbber on this website. It's free and a fantastiic piece of software. |

Thanks for the information -- Windows Media Player does not use FreeDB, but their own database. And Audiograbber does not perform error correction when reading CD+Gs. _________________ Piotr
