When converting CD+G file to AVI end of song gets cut off.

Purchased the Power CD+G to Video Karaoke program and am having a problem with the song endings getting cut off after conversion from CD+G to AVI. The song starts and plays fine up to near the end of the song. The song doesn't finish; it gets cut off abrutly.

Are you converting CD+G disc or files from the hard disc?

I am converting from my hard drive. I have copied 3 of the CDG files and can send to you if needed.
