If you are having problems with Power CD+G Burner, please make sure that:

1. You download the latest version from our website. We are constantly making changes and adding more compatibility, so maybe your problem is fixed. To make sure that you have the latest version click 'About' button and then select 'Check for new versions on the Internet'.

2. Try switching between Internal and CDRDao modes.

3. Try selecting 'Use MMC-RAW driver' checkbox in Settings dialog box and see if it makes any difference.

4. Try switching 'Don't interleave subchannel data' and 'Don't generate error correction codes' options on and try burning.

5. Make sure that you burn your CD+Gs on a lowest speed possible. Also do not try to play CD-RW discs in CD+G player device -- most of them do not support it.

If it still does not help please let us know what is the model of CD-R drive you are using and if you are able to burn CD+Gs with other software. Also a log file created by Burner CD+G Burner might help us -- it is pcdgblog.txt file located in 'C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Burner' directory.

It may happen that your drive does not support CD+G subcodes. In such case there is nothing that can be done.
