i import the lyrics, sync the songs to the lyrics, and after that it displays a screen where i can save a cdg file, change visual styles, etc. after i click finish, the program crashes. im using cd creator pro, full version, and windows vista ultimate. please help

Please check if your soundtrack is 44 kHz stereo file. If it is, then please email us PK2 file you are working on.

it does this for every pk2 file i start now. it closes after i get done with syncing it. thanks

Are you able to process sample song included with the program? Are you getting any error message?

Hello, I'm a Karaoke singer and my mom brought me Karaoke CD+G creator Pro to make Christmas Karaoke songs for this holiday I already got it for like about 4 or five weeks and up to this time I have not been able to do anything with it.

When a start the software the wizard comes out, but when I try to add a song. One of this three things happens. 1. The song does not show anywhere, 2. The program automatically shuts down or three when I try to save it as a cdg or a bin file after everything is done the software shuts down, now it does not give me any error code it only say that the program has stop working.

I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate and my hardware and software is on great conditions.


I already uninstall and reinstall the software a lot of times and the same thing happens again and again
Is there any tool, software,fix or update that can stop this from happening again.


Please I need help we want to have a karaoke party this Christmas.

I have not been able to create anithing with the program.
The format I'm using is mp3 or WAV files. Also my audio is set to 16 bit, 44100 Hz (CD Quality)

Is this also the case if you open "nobody knows you.pk2" file?

This is very strange. I understand you are using version 2.1.6?

Hello i formated my pc and is updated, looks like if some problems have been fix, but not all



this are the steps i do.

1. Open Karaoke CD+G pro

2. The New song wizard comes out

3. I close the wizard because i prefere not to use it

4. I load the music ( the format is MP3) and the song shows on the left side)


Now if i live the software open with or withuot the music loaded for like about 1 minute an error widow comes out (Erros can not acces preview file)
and the software crashes.



if i paste the lyrics right after the music is loaded sometimes i have time to synchronize the song but then the same thing happens


if i use the wizard everithing happens the same.





now i open the "nobody know you p2k" file and saved it on my desktop as a bin file and as a cdg file

then after doing that the software crashes again.



i also had time to play it with the keraoke player before crashing.


I'm using sterio 16bit, 44100 Hz (DC Quality)



i'm using Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit software completly up to date

my PC is clean and the only software i have install is the karaoke CD+G creator pro.

Just purchased and downloaded Karaoke CD+G Creator Pro and Power Video - and am unable to use the Vocal remover - shuts everything down!

HELP!
