How long does it take for you to respond to an email containg your log file? While it has only been 24 hours, I would like to be able to use your Karaoke DVD Burner software and I am unable to use it as it reports it will work. I hope that it is a simple fix, but having the DVD stop playing both the graphics and the mp3 during replay is unacceptable. The cdg files and bin(I tried both cd+g and .bin files) burn fine on cd's, so I know the files are good. They are coming from file that are on my hard drive for backup.

I included the log file in my email to you as directed.
