I have a bunch DVD karaoke and want to rip songs from them and create my own custom DVD, what is the best way to do this.

You need to use general purpose DVD ripping software for that.

Most Karaoke DVDs that I have using a ripping program does not see the DVD songs as single chapters; do you have any programs that can do this?

You may rip to AVI and then split the video using editing software (list of the free options is here: http://tv.isg.si/site/?q=node/873 )

Have you had any luck at splitting the files..I must be having the same problem, when I use the number at bottom of program it lists tracks up to 99. When I start to burn, I get a message songs will only be numbered to 99.. I am using a plextor px 760 dvd drive and a cavs 203g. Playing: Also I can enter the track number on the remote but it will only access songs from the first page index of songs on the screen, I have to proceed to the next page to access them..
