I have tried to install powercdgplayerpro on my windows XP machine and I keep getting an error with the install

"C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CDG Player Pro\CDGplayerPro.exe

An Error occurred while trying to rename a file in the directory:
MoveFile failed; Code 5.
Access is denied."

Then it gives me options to abort, ignore or retry...

Retry just keeps going in a loop, abort will undo everything and ignore just skips the file (which makes the program unusable). Any Suggestions of why this happens and\or how to solve the problem?

Please make sure Power CD+G Player is not running when you install and update.

I do not have the program installed, so I cannot have it running. I am trying to install the newest version, however.

Then please try restarting your computer and then run the installation.

Then please manually delete C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Player Pro directory and then install. Unless your antivirus is blocking our file, which also is possible. I understand you are installing the latest version from our site?

Thanks for the help, but no matter what I try keep getting the same error..if I copy the files from another computer it deletes the .exe...so I've just given up and started using another program
