|
|
I have tried to install powercdgplayerpro on my windows XP machine and I keep getting an error with the install
"C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CDG Player Pro\CDGplayerPro.exe
An Error occurred while trying to rename a file in the directory:
MoveFile failed; Code 5.
Access is denied."
Then it gives me options to abort, ignore or retry...
Retry just keeps going in a loop, abort will undo everything and ignore just skips the file (which makes the program unusable). Any Suggestions of why this happens and\or how to solve the problem? |

| I do not have the program installed, so I cannot have it running. I am trying to install the newest version, however. |

Then please manually delete C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Player Pro directory and then install. Unless your antivirus is blocking our file, which also is possible. I understand you are installing the latest version from our site? _________________ Piotr
