I have an unusual problem. I've been using the software successfully for about a year but now cannot open up the program. When I try from a desktop shortcut I get a box appearing, saying that it is looking for devices but this disappears after a couple of seconds and then nothing. It's the same if I try to run it from the programs list.

If it does not help please send us a log file created by Power CD+G Burner. It is cdgblog.txt file located in 'C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Burner' directory (if you are using Windows Vista please press Ctrl+L and the folder containing the log file will be displayed). This will allow us to find what the problem might be.
