downloaded and purchased a copy of burner and could not be happier untill comp crasher and apon reinstalling the software found that i have lost my cdg+mp3 setting in the rip function i have bin and cdg+wav would appreciate any help in solving this issue

Please reinstall the software and make sure that during installation 'Download Lame encoder' option is checked. If it does not help please send me an email.
