It seems that my ASPI drivers have gone missing. I tried downloading them from the help file and didn't help at all.
Could someone help me out. |

In XP STPI drivers should be used. If you are experiencing problem, it may mean that the CD/DVD drive you have does not support CD+G format properly. What is the manufacturer name of the drive you are using?

| Its a plextor burner. But it worked fine before and now im getting the error message. |

Please try to reinstall Power CD+G Burner. Download the latest version if you are using earlier one. Also, check if the drive works properly with other applications you have.

| It's not the burner. It appears to be the software itself. I get the error message as soon as I open Power CDG burner. It forces me to close the the program. |

Please try to reinstall Power CD+G Burner, but this time enable SPTD option during setup. Reboot the computer afterwards, and retry.

Still getting error code (8, 10) whatever that means |

Please send a log file created by Power CD+G Burner to support@powerkaraoke.com. It is
cdgblog.txt file located in 'C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Burner'
directory (if you are using Windows Vista please press Ctrl+L and the
folder containing the log file will be displayed). This will allow us to
find what the problem might be.
