Roger, when you uninstalled the program you didn't delete the saved settings. You need to go to C:\Documents & Settings\User Name\My Documents\My Karaoke
In the My Karaoke folder, you will need to delete the siglos.db file. This is where all of your settings and library listing is stored. This is the same file that you will need to backup to save your entire library and settings should you need to reinstall the Karaoke Pro, but don't want to lose your settings |

Hi, I have not done this, because suddenly it works fine!
The only thing I did was to change the video render mixer from 9 to 7. I didnt try the system before I did this change, so I can not be sure that this is what did it.
Also, I tried to change back to 9 again and it still works. I have to check with the other guy who use the system if it worked when he used it before me.
Anyway, thanks for your assistance, I will keep an eye on it in the future
Regards,
Roger |

The database is the siglos.db file located in My Documents/My Karaoke. Just delete it, and you will clear of the information (except unlocking data). _________________ Adam

I was also having this problem. The screen would flash the announcement screen for a second as songs were added to the rotation. Singers would get confused and ask to restart, etc. This is with .53 - an upgrade to .60 did nothing to resolve this.
It seems it was fixed by me replacing my DB file with one from another profile on the same machine. I lost all of my history but I can live with that.
