when making a karaokee song from mp3
it will converted to pk2 extension, this extension
is unrecognized by the burner. how to make it CD-G???

I paid $199 yesterday, im frustrated

I assume you are using Karaoke CD+G Creator. You need to generate CD+G file using Create -> Create CD+G file command. Then you will be able to burn the CDG+MP3 (or BIN) output.
