We have received your order for Power CD+G Burner for current PowerKaraoke software users, but I cannot find you on our user list. If you have purchased our software, please let us know which one and under what name. If not, then you have to purchase full product, not one for current users (in such case this order will be canceled and your credit card will not be
charged).
