I am upgrading from an XP notebook computer to my new Windows7 notebook. When I imported my songs on the older notebook I had to pay someone $40 to fix (edit) songs that wouldn't import. I looked at the song files and they look the same in format i.e. "[please do not post unlock codes]Disc-Track" as the one that imported.
Now for the question...
Can I use the old database of songs that i had to have edited and import the list to the new laptop or is there a way to import the original songs so that Karaoke Professional will accept them?
We have a BIG karaoke party on Friday (today is Tuesday) and would like to use the new computer.
Hoping to not have to do hours of song file editing.
Thanks. |

OOPS,
For some reason the "Artist - Title - Disc - Track" showed as some kind of unlock code. Go figure??? |

Please adjust the 'Name parsing rule' in the Import Songs dialog box to the format of the filenames you are importing. It may be the separators are different. _________________ Adam
