I have lost the progrm for my siglos karaoke player recorder when my laptop crashed how do i download it again i have my unlock code

The best way to enter the unlock code is to select the entire email with
the unlock key (press Ctrl+A), and then copy it to the clipboard (press
Ctrl+C). All fields in Unlock dialog should be populated.

If this does not work please copy and paste the unlock code. To do this
copy it in the registration email (select it with mouse and press
Ctrl+C) and then paste into the dialog box (activate unlock code edit
box and press Ctrl+V).You may also do the same for email address, as
unlock code depends on it.

Hi Adam its not the lock code thats the problem.My lap top crashed and i had to reload the operating sysytem (vista) which meant i lost everything on the lap top including powerkareoke when i tried to download it again, it downloaded the demo version if i tried to download the full version it promts me for payment how do i download the full version back into my laptop as i have my unlock code

Please unlock the program (downloaded demo) using the unlock code you have.
