Hello. I purchased an unlock code for Siglos Karaoke Professional on Saturday Nov. 14th. As of today, Mon. Nov. 17th, I have not recieved the unlock code, nor a confirmation email. Please advise if I have made any mistakes or if there are any problems.
This is the 3rd program I have purchased from you and I like them all very much. Easy to use. Looking forward to the new one.
