|
|
I recently downloaded the trial version of Power Karaoke and the application crashes whenever I try to load an MP3 soundtrack file.
I have attempted to load various MP3s and am seeing the same behavior each and every time.
I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Does the software support this OS?? |

There will be a new relase of our program for video karaoke very soon. Meanwhile you may try to reinstall PVK and/or video/audio codec pack. _________________ Adam

I tried reinstalling PVK several times with no luck.
What is the video/audio codec pack and where can I get it?
Thanks. |

Thanks, but this did not fix the problem.
Can you please confirm that PVK is supposed to work correctly under Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate?
I need to know if I have to look elsewhere for a different software solution, as I have tried everything and continue to crash whenever I try loading an MP3 for a soundtrack.
Thank you for your time. |

Yes, PVK should work properly under both 32 and 64 bit Windows 7.
Are you getting any error message? _________________ Piotr

As soon as I try loading a soundtrack (any MP3), PVK immediately crashes.
I receive the 'standard' Windows 7 crash message as follows.
Power Video Karaoke has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.[/img] |
