Hello,

I purchased the final version of Karaoke Video Creator. When I try to create a video (.avi), I have a problem, loading don't start. I see the window (Creating file...) but the loading bar never start.

But the file is created and when I open it, I have only sound and no video. At the end a windows error is occured with explorer.exe.

I use XP. I need your help to solve this problem please.

What codec and compression settings are you using to generate AVI?

I tried with differents codecs but that's the same thing

Did you try to create MPEG file?

No my output format is .avi
