Hi,
I bought this program a few months ago and I didn't have too much trouble with it crashing when I first started using it. I tried using it for the first time in about a month and now it's crashing every 2 minutes. I'll make a few edits and then it crashes. Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

Which version of the program you are using? Did you try to update it?

Yeah, I tried updating it and it said I have the newest version. 2.1.15.

Please try enabling 'Use alternate MP3 mode' in Preferences (File menu) and see if it works any better.

I tried doing that and it is still crashing after about 4 minutes.

Recently upgraded to ver 2.1.15 on XP SP 3. Software is crashing when trying to sync lyrics or playing the song. Everytime.

Getting Visual C++ Runtime error. Is this a compability issue ? Is there a fix?

Tried. Same result. BTW, forgot to mention that I was mixing lyrics with a .wav - not MP3. Also, noticed another error now before the Run Time Error showed up. It said

"Error: Cannot access preview file". On clikcing OK, it just continued.

Any other solution?

This error usually occurs when the illegal keygen is used to generate the unlock code for the program. If you are the program license owner, please contact support@powerkaraoke.com directly.
