We recently purchased the Karaoke CD+G software for 79.00 from you and it was taken off of our Wells Fargo Checking Account, but we did not received any type of e-mail from you with any type of codes to download it and we are concerned as we were referred to you by our good friend Jack who also uses your software. Please advise. We are very cocerned and unhappy because we can't get started.

The unlock codes and the links to download the software were e-mailed to you. I have resent them again. Should you not receive them, please let us know.
