Siglo Pro Player compatability with Dell Studio laptop

I am looking to get either a Dell Studio 17 or Dell Studio XPS 16 laptop to run my karaoke shows from my computer. I want to be able to use this laptop with the Siglo Professional player program.
The Dell laptop has ATI Mobility RADEON HD 4670 video card or I can get a Intel HD Graphics card with TV tuner. Can anyone tell me if this is compatable with Siglo Pro so I can get a video output to my external monitors?
Processor would me a Intel Core i7-720QM Quad Core Processor 1.6 GHz (2.8 GHz Turbo Mode, 6MB Cache). Video outputs are HDMI and VGA. A lot of the places that I play at have old time coaxial cable monitors to tap in to .

It seems it is not compatibility with Siglos Pro that may be a problem here, but connecting the laptop video output to the coaxial TV input.

In the USA Radio Shack sales an adaptor that can be purchased to do this. I am sure there must be others.
