My status still says pending and I paid for it hours ago. When will I receive my unlock code? I need this program asap.

I have not received my code yet either. I used my credit card and there are two pending transaction the first was on the 4th of March for $38.85 and then another one on the 8th. for $38.91, why is that?? I did not write down my order number, how do I find that out?
