I've already downloaded your product after paying for it though paypal and received a trial version of your power karaoke product without an unlock code. I did not pay for a trial version but the entire version. The unlock code that was given is: Serial #: 3343698. my email is kmmukabi@live.com. Transaction ID: 83X4953506949915T. I would appreciate a response seeing that this thing is useless for the price of $29.99. Sad

I'm sorry, that you did not receive the unlock code. What website did you place the order at? What is the program name? I recommend to contact support@powerkaraoke.com directly.
