hi i have just purchased a copy of the power cdg burner,after trying the trial version, it has picked up my writer which is a sony optiarc ad 5170a, but when i go to burn my disc, it starts initialising the image files, then pops up that it cant burn the file and something about internalburner, please help with this problem, or tell me if my writer is compatible with this program, thanks

Please contact support@powerkaraoke.com directly. Send a log file created by Power CD+G Burner. It is
cdgblog.txt file located in 'C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Burner'
directory (if you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7 please run Power CD+G Burner, press Ctrl+L and the folder containing the log file will be displayed).
