I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN "UNLOCK CODE" FOR MY PROFESSIONAL UPGRADE TO THE PLAYER. WHEN I PAID FOR THE PROFESSIONAL UPGRADE IT DIDN'T DOWNLOAD SO I FINALLY WENT IN AND DOWNLOADED THE TRIAL VERSION, I NOW HAVE A PLACE TO PUT THE CODE, BUT NO CODE. HELP!
