what you describe is what i did,,,when i recalled the presets all it showed was the singer and the amount of times the same singer was added.I will try it again

And also no matter what I do I get "An Invalid Arguement Was encountered " when I click on add Singer/Song. Also I notice I have to click twice on everything in Siglos to get it to open,

What can I do to stop this

Please try running this script:

to revert settings in Siglos, it should fix Add Singer bug.

Also please try using the latest version released today.

It did not work I cleaned Siglos off my computer.Downloaded a fresh copy.Ran the script.Still getting the same error.

This is very strange. I suspect deleting siglos.db database file would help, but you will have to import your songs again if you do this.

I agree and it is still taking me 2 clicks of the mouse most of the time to open another part of the program.

I formatted this computer earlier thinking something on my cpmputer was causing this.But that is not the case .I dont know what to do now.
I will try one more time tomorrow ....its been a long day and i have been dealing with this for 6 hours plus.

ok so far this program after cleaning it completly of my computer and then re-installing it ......it is still doing the same things.
I click on "add Singer/Song" and I get the error "an Arguement was encountered".I have to most of the time click twice to ativate any of the other windows.I have a hard time closing the program,I also have to mouse click it two or three times to get it to CLOSE.

Now while I feel ive made some progress,I was able with your help to create and recall a preset playlist but for the love of me when I click on the song and enter the singers name and keychange and then click apply it loads the changes.BUT if I go to new session and recall the same playlist the singers name and keychange is gone.Is this supposed to happen...??If it is then this is exactely what I feel should NOT happen.The changes made here should stand until the opeerator decides to change them manually.

This definitely should not happen. Can you email me your Siglos.db (you can ZIP it if it is too large).

I am going to completely clean my computer ...put a fresh copy of Windows XP and update it as well.....I need this to work as I am scheduled to play Tuesday evening and I have the time to play around with it right now.You can still contact me as I have other computers working...

To further followup as I may have already explained this but I think I have a handle on understanding what is going on now.


I was able to figure out how to make a playlist store it and recall it.
So when I create a playlist called "BAR" and open it in the playlist window ,I click on a song and it opens a box to let you name a singer and a keychange.This will load properly into the playlist window and will work like it should.

If I start a new session and recall my Playlist "BAR" the songs show up but the names and keychanges that I entered the first time do not.

Hi. Did this ever get resolved? I am having the same problem. I save a preset then go through the songs and sing them. If I come back another day and load a preset, all I get are the names (0) and no songs in the playlist. It will keep loading the playlist correctly over and over until I close Siglos and come back to it. Any suggestions?
