Adding background picture doesn't work..

Ok here's my problem. Using PVK, I start a new project, add sound and text. Then I pick a nice background picture (jpeg) and start creating the mpeg file. This works only when choosing standard MPEG 1 compression, not MPEG 2 with dvd extensions. When I pick MPEG 2 it starts creating the mpeg file but crashes within a second or two. Why doesn't MPEG 2 allow me to have a background? Crying or Very sad

We are investigating the problem -- it looks like MPEG-2 has problems
on some machines. If you have any other software that would encode to MPEG-2, please try encoding to AVI and then convert to MPEG.
