Greetings,

We've been using the program for a few years now and have recently encountered this problem.

When a singer finishes a song the program used to display the announcement screen for the next singer. Lately, however, it is only showing the current singer (or the person who just finished singing) and we have to manually "Go To Next" singer.

Is there a setting that is not being used correctly?

Note - we don't use the Proceed Automatically since we manually hit the start button.

Any help would be appreciated... thanks.

What value is set for 'Singer announcement duration in automatic mode'?

I'm pretty sure it is set at 10... but again I do not use the proceed automatically option as I want to have the control of starting the song.

Are you using the latest version of the program? Have you noticed the problem after the update?
