thank you for your great customer support in promptly sending unlock codes and renewel codes. Computers are fickle things and are always subject to crashes and failures. I run Siglos Pro on two different machines and use CDG Burner for ripping. One unit has a toasted motherboard and the other got a nasty virus and Windows had to be reinstalled. Your prompt response to unlock requests has enable the "show to go on". You software is the best and so is your service thanks again.
