I had this same troubles for ever I finely quit playing fill in music on the pro program and using a different program to play my music. This has all but eliminated the freezing. I also added more memory Now runinng 2 gig but that is not enough but all that my computer will support.
Hope this helps everyone.

I truly believe that using the fillin playlist does cause some problems (not as much now as before) but did you realize that Vista is a resource hog all by itself too? I'm using XP and I'm not experiencing the frequency of problems as you are. Check out my response to your other post on "Intermittent Graphics". In that response I noted something else that might be another cause for the freezing problems. Just my 2 cents |

| We will be releasing an update this week that will modify the fill-in playback, maybe it will help. |

Piotr, I'm not sure if this is the same problem but the other day my karaoke pro froze up on me. I sent a email and the log to support@powerkaraoke.com
Hope it helps. I noticed that it occurs when the 'Go To Next' starts the song box is checked and I use the Go To Next button a lot |

I am sorry for late answer.
I need to prepare a way to get more detailed log, as we have been chasing this problem for some time now and the main difficulty is that we cannot reproduce it in any way on our machines. Will keep you updated. |

| Did the log I send help? I think the problem would be closer to the end of the log |

| It gives us idea what part of the code might be to blame, but we must be able to reproduce it. We are working on this. |
