3 GB is more than enough. Please try changing Renderer in Settings/Display, maybe this will help.

I thought 3gb would be enough too. Adam suggested changing the renderer to standard which I did. Didn't really help.

What kind of files are you playing? MP3+G, ZIP, AVI, something else?

They are BIN files. That was the default on Power CDG burner if I recall correctly.

Are you getting the same delay if playing MP3+G?

I tried the few songs that I have mp3g and they didn't freeze. So what does that mean? Do I need to rip cdg's again and make them mp3g? Is there an easier way? Why would the BIN files freeze?

I will investigate this. If you have Power CD+G Burner you may convert all your BINs to MP3+G using Convert tab. We recommend using MP3+G anyway, as they use ten times less space on the hard drive.

Oh, I didn't know that. I will convert and see how it works. I had already ripped about 1000 songs from my collection so it might take a while.
Merry Christmas and thanks for the help. |

I just wanted to let you know how it all turned out. I converted everything from BIN to mp3+g and I haven't had any problems since. Go figure. Thanks for the help.
