|

Hi,
We are trying out the trial for Siglos Pro and although most of the program works fine for us we are experiencing a problem when playing a song on an external monitor.
The problem is that when the player goes onto the next track, the video is then lost on the external monitor but the next video is still shown in the small preview window.
Do we have to click on the external monitor every time a new video is played that is cued up in the playlist? We would think not. Maybe there is some setting that we haven't found.
Also, when playing a video on the external monitor it isnt really full screen and there is a black border. Is there a way to remove this border?
Your urgent attention will be most appreciated as we would like to use this software for a Christmas party.
Many Thanks |

Thanks for the advice but it didn't change anything.
However, I have noticed that when playing non-video files (CDG, BIN etc) that the track changes ok on the external monitor and is still full screen.
When playing MPG, AVI etc, if the external monitor is NOT set to full screen then everything is ok and the next video follows on fine.
But if the external monitor is set as full screen and playing back MPG, AVI's etc then the video on the external monitor is lost when changing to the next track.
I have tried with all settings and video renderers but nothing seems to help. Even tried using a different PC and different monitor and its the same.
Please help.
Thanks |

Iam also trying the softare & am also experiencing this problem.
When a song finishes & cues the next song the external monitor screen goes blank/ ie black.
The singer preview screen is orking properly.
Also the option in display settings to start the player in full screen mode doesnt work.
After starting the program the drop down view menu option is ticked full screen but the screen is not & have to double click it to open it full.
It could be a problem with windows 7 as it didnt seem to happen on an xp laptop I tried.
Please advise. |

Did you purchase the Karaoke Pro program? The inactive background (blank screen once song is complete and no songs are in que) works only for registered versions. You will need to purchase Karaoke Pro to utilize this feature, otherwise it will remain blank during the trial version. As far as the full screen problem, are you using an external monitor or are you using the laptop screen? Sounds like you are using the laptop screen. If you are, the program is running as advertised. Hope this info has helped you |

Hi,
Thanks for suggesting the K-Lite Codec pack, however, this did not help.
What hornet59 is talking about doesn't apply to my case as I still have songs in the queue.
As I said before, it works fine for graphic files but not for video files.
I'm not sure what else to try.

I have a kind of similar problem too. Power CD+G Pro works fine on my desktop. But when I install the same program on my laptop, the files open in a small preview-like window with a big, black border around it. I want to play them FULL SCREEN.
I've tried various possible settings but have been unable to do so. Can someone please help me to resolve this problem?
P.S: MY Laptop config: Windows 7, corei3 processor, 4GB RAM. |
