It would be great to be able to use at LEAST 2 dvd drives. The program would ask which drive the singers song was on, and when the singer came up it would go to that drive. That way I could be loading the 2nd dvd drive for the next singer if several people brought their own disks.

I think this would serve very few people and load the program with more to do and use up more memory. There are enought things that cause troubles and use memory that very few people would use. That is why we have gone to a computer run program. If you want to run CD then just go back to the dual deck players. Just my own thoughts on this.

many people may not use it, but it shouldn't take any more memory as the drives are only active when they need to be used. more people have been coming in with discs, not tons, but more. rather than have the dead air between songs as i switch discs and wait for it to load (Piotr, can we get a fix for that dead air thing?) having the ability to use a second drive would make it much quicker and more seamless. and if you don't need it, it's like any other feature, don't use it and it won't adversely affect the system.

In my opinion, to solve this problem is very simple. Don't line up two CD's in a row. I'm pretty sure there isn't that many people with CD's that you HAVE to line up two CD's back to back. Line up a CD then a zipped CDG then a CD and so forth ..... Just my humble opinion

They need an inch so you give them a foot. Then they want 2 feet so you give them a yard so then they want more. LOL Maybe they should write there own player!
