| Hello,,, I have been using CD+G Creator, for a few years, and love it, but someone wants me to do a cd for them, with no vocals, this program, either doesn't removall all of the vocals or the music gets very low when I use the remover... Does anyone know how to fix this or should I be using a different program all together. Thank you all help is appreciated. |

Please remember that vocal remover is
not a magic tool -- it might not work for some songs. All vocal removal
techniques are based on the assumption that the lead vocal is mixed in
the middle of the stereo channels. Sometimes the song is produced in a
different way and sound effects (reverb or chorus) applied to the lead
vocal disturb the algorithm.
Regarding the output volume, you may increase it using Attenuation slider.

ok, i have tried everythng, now, its not about the vocal remover, it is about the program freezing, closing,etc,,, It is unusable...Apparently I can't get an update, because it has been over a year,,, I have frequently had trouble as I have noticed others have from the forum,,, with freezing, shutting down,,, etc,,, but now it won't work with any song,
Any ideas.  |

Please try enabling 'Use alternate MP3 mode' in Preferences (File menu) and see if it works any better.

| K I tried that and it seems to work when I don't try to change the levels in vocal remover? any other ideas |

| Tried both ways there is only one song out of about 10 I tried that works for a couple seconds then it freezes again,,, either way, not using the vocal remover or not and I did enable mp3 alternate...??? OMG SO FRUSTRATED |

So, let me get this straight in my mind:::::::::: I bought a program, and it doesn't work, actually had trouble with it from day one, freezing etc,,like most people, and the only way I can fix that is to update my software,,,,BUT,,,,,, AND A BIG BUT,,, After a year you have to pay for the updates.... Ok, I get it,,, thank you so very much   |

| so how do I re down load an older version as i have uninstalled my program, in hopes that it will work, now I can not find an older version, or should I say,,, my original version |
