xp wont recognize cdg files

When i try to open the cd it says that it is unaccesable or that there is no information. When I run the power karaoke software it also says that there is no information on the discs. Music match will run the wav files though. For some reason the computer will not recognize or read the cdg files when i go to my computer and try to open or explore the disc drives. HELP!!!!!!

I have an emachine with amd atholon processor. jlms dvd drive and a samsung cd-rw drive.

PowerKaraoke will not play CD+G CDs. Please see the FAQ topic here:

If you have problems with using your CD+Gs on your computer visit http://www.karaokeplayground.co.uk -- I am sure you will find all answers there.
