I paid $159 for Karaoke CD+G Creator Pro through Plimus and my PayPal account almost a week ago. It took 3 days to process the payment. My Bank says the payment has been made. Paypal says the payment has been made. Now I'm waiting for Plimus and/or Doblon to to respond. I really would like to get my codes so I can create some music.

I'm sorry, but you should contact Plimus to resolve the matter. Currently we did not receive any confirmation from them about your order. Could you please specify the order number. _________________ Adam

| You gotta be kidding me. I've been purchasing products and software over the net now for about six years and I have never had a simple transfer of money and a software key take a week. Plimus has not responded to my email. I sent you and Plimus a copy of my PayPal receipt. What is the problem? I wonder if this is some of the same "Product Support" I'll get for a year after (or if) I finally get my product key? |

I am sorry for the problem. We are not able to do our own PayPal processing and we depend on Plimus in this. They apparently have some problems doing this. I am sure the issue will resolve soon. _________________ Piotr
