Can you tell me which product are you trying to install and what browser are you using?

Have you tried downloading the installation again? It seems like it got corrupted in the download process, as we had no reports of the problem like yours.

Also you might also try to disable the download accellerators.

I am running WinXP and have no problems.

its the cdg to vcd and the powerkaraoke trial I have downloaded it again and still get the same error messages, it installs ok on my labtop which is running win2000, so must be something missing in my xp

Strange... When exactly does the message appear? Does the installation process start, or all you can see is this message?

same thing here. downloaded the trial ver., it installs the i click to run and says (error. loader couldn't initialize service!)

Please try version 1.2.16 -- it should solve the problem.
