Is it possible to have both displays in sync?
Have installed on 4 or 5 different systems with same result.
My location doesn't always allow me to see singer screen and this makes it hard for me to help new singers if I am unfamiliar with song.
Thanks |

I understand you had the same results will all systems.
By chance, is one of those systems, Multiboot?
WinXP and Vista?

| Does anyone else have this problem? This is reason enough for me to switch to a competitor's software if the problem can't be corrected. Thanks for any help on this. |

Try going into the settings and select "KJ"
Look around the middle of the screen. You'll see "Preview Screen Update Rate". Set the update rate around 200 milliseconds. You may have to play with this setting to get the best update rate.
Good Luck |
