To whom it may concern:

Acopy of your powerkaraoke was purchased by the Liberty Spirit bar and Grill. the unlock code was lost or not recieved and we would like to
have you resupply us with this code so that we can proceed with our karaoke project.

I am sorry, but I can't find you on a list of our customers. Could you please provide us with some details. When the software was purchased and under what name?
