Please help..I'm trying to burn a disc with downloaded karaoke files stored on my laptop and even though the box comes up at the end saying "burn successful" the disc is still blank..I dont understand, i have followed the instructions and tips in trouble shooting. Any more ideas??

What is the manufacturer name of the CD/DVD drive you have?
