| G'day I purchased the PowerCDGtoVideoConverter program, when i try to convert the cdg file to avi after unzipping both the cdg & mp3 file. the program says it cannot open the soundtrack file. I have reinstalled my sound drivers and gone over all instructions without succuss. please help. |

| thank u for responding. Yes it does!!! any cdg that i unzip the program states it cannot find the mp3 . i have also tried to convert a unzipped cdg and it does not reconize the unzipped version. when i have unzipped the cdg it only reconises the lyrics cdg file nothing else |

Please test the files using software player, for example the demo of Siglos Karaoke Player/Recorder.
