|
|
On some of my CDG files, I have distorted audio at the begining of the song - distortion seems to clear after 20 to 30 seconds of play. When I use Windows Media Player and play just the mp3 for that CDG/mp3 set, it is not distorted. I'm using an HP G60 laptop running Vista and am using Karaoke Pro. I also loaded Pro on my desktop computer (it is running XP)to try to isolate the problem and have no distortion problems. Any thoughts on clearing this would be appreciated.
Thank you - Dave |

You may try to install different codec pack, for example K-Lite. Maybe the MP3 codec contained in it will resolve the problem. _________________ Adam

Did this work for you? I really want to purchase Siglos Pro but the only thing keeping me from doing so is that I get the same "distortion". I wouldn't say it's distortion but some wierd noise - like a faint but annoying beeping / echo which isn't consistant and very random.
I found that if I pause playback and resume - the noise disappears. If I play the track through Foobar2k or Windoze Media Player - the tracks play flawlessly.
I'm using Win7 Pro with FFDShow. |

Please try to enable 'Use compatible MP3 decoding' option in File -> Settings -> General. _________________ Adam
