Is Possible to add new Parsing Rule to Siglos:

Doesn't PK allow for custom parsing rules...?

Different outfits/countries use different file name structures for storing libraries... Still, doesnt keeping manufacturer brands in your filenames cause unnecessary length? The DiscId should be sufficient for those purposes, since the code corresponds to whomever manufactured it.

Still, a "friendly name" representation of those codes might not be too shabby. Especially if they can be custom added.
