you know, it seems like it might have to do with a couple of vowels strung together.
i just spent 2 hours futzing with "whoaoh" in "living on a prayer" and i've scared my dog because i'm cursing so much.
it's driving me mad. |

can't move lyrics around, which is important, because they're never in time in the first place. then it crashes. then it crashes again.
this is horrible. |

I have been fiddling with the files you have send me for some time and was unable to find any problems. Please make sure that:
1. You use the latest version of the program (1.2.26). Version number is displayed in About dialog (select About from Help menu). If it is not 1.2.26 download and install the latest one from our website.
2. There is the latest version of DirectX installed on your computer (you may use this link: http://www.microsoft.com/download). DirectX is used to play MP3 files.
3. Try disabling video acceleration (to do this select Display from Control Panel, then Settings tab, click Advanced, go to Troubleshoot tab and move the slider to disable video acceleration).
What operating system are you using? What processor is installed in your computer? _________________ Piotr

Yes, I have similar problems.
Whenever I try to drag a synchonisation line the program crashes about 90% of the time. Frequently the line just refuses to budge. This is not confined to a single problem file as it seems to happen to all of the 30 files I'm working on. It seriously affects work efficiency, as I'm forced to re-synchronise the songs instead of just tweak the errors. Unless it's fixed soon, I'm going to have to look for an alternative to PK. Also direct text editing frequently doesn't respond. I'm using a Duron1000 with 512RAM & Win2000. |

I am sorry you are having problems with our software.
Are you using the latest version of the software? Is it PowerKaraoke (CD+G) or Power Video Karaoke? Also what video card is installed in your computer?
We have been trying to reproduce this problem on various machines, but as you have seen above so far have been unable to. _________________ Piotr
