Hi, I have downloaded the trial of Karaoke Dvd Burner. The installation was successful, but It wont start. There show message saying that "Karaoke DVD Burner has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I have read the thread about this problem and I downloaded the Microsoft Visual C++ thing, but It still wont start.

My computer has Windows Xp SP3.
I really want to burn some Karaoke discs, so what can I do? Is there any solution?

Im using Nod32 anti virus. firewall from windows.

It may be that the antivirus is giving false alert and disables the program. Please try reinstalling, also make sure to update antivirus database.

It still wont work.
I tried to reinstall it several times and disabling my antivirus and firewall.
Im attaching a picture to describe better my problem.

I understand that you are using the latest version from our website?

There should be a kardvdlog.txt file in %APPDATA%/Doblon/Karaoke DVD Burner folder -- can you please email it to me?

I'm using nod32 security suite and have not experienced any problems with firewall or anti virus restrictions .

I do have problems with spyware doctor so I turn I've to the doctor to ignore the problem all fixed
