I'm working on installing Siglos Karaoke Professional to my karaoke dedicated laptop. During installation I get this error message:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Doblon\PowerSlowDown.ax
Unable to register the DLL/OCX:RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x3..
Please visit C:www.powerkaraoke.com/troubleshoot for possible solutions.

This program works on my desktop computer (testing purposes) and now I want to buy it and install it on my karaoke laptop.

If I ignore the error and finish installation I get the following message:
Cannot find 'MFC80.DLL'. Please, re-install this application

It looks like the problem with the anti-virus software. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Siglos from our website, also please update your antivirus to the latest version.

Admin or anyone with the same problem...

I just completely restored my original hard drive from a back-up program and removed the virus checker. I then downloaded the latest Siglos Karaoke Professional and installed it. I get the same error message:

I don't know what causes this error. Can you let me know so I can install it correctly and pay you for the program.

Again, I have NO antivirus installed now but get the same error message.
Will this program work on Windows 7 as I am planning on upgrading to it as soon as possible. I'm not happy with Vista.

Please try to change the installation folder.

I assume that you have tried restarting your computer before installation?

Are you able to install any other our product?

I've given up on karaoke Professional on my Vista laptop. I'm waiting for my upgrade to Windows 7. I assume (I hope) that Karaoke Professional will work on Windows 7 without all the problems I have had with Vista. I tried three times to get the program to install but each time I had the error message. I had to do a complete restore each time from a backup archive in order to get my computer back to the way it was. After my install attempts my bluetooth came up with errors as well. I have followed all instructions as written but it's just not happening on Vista.

A couple of more days and I'll be a happy camper.
