| When using siglos player/recorder with seconary monitor, when I click the full screen togle the lyrics screen goes to full screen on my laptop and leaves secondary monitar. When I double click on full screen it goes small and back to secondary screen. also is there a way to duplicate the lyrics screen? |

| I purchased my Siglos Professional on 9/13/2009. The problem with the Secondairy Monitor has been on going. Have done everything in the help menu and at first hitting the "F" key worked. Please try to drag the karaoke screen to the other monitor without enabling the full screen mode.

| I have tried to drag it to secondary monitor however in full screen it will not go. Only in small screen. This program worked fine when I first got it in September now not so much, we had to shut down our show early last Friday because of the screen --- not good for business. |

Mine works the same but by just double clicking the minimized screen in the second monitor, it jumps to full screen....... |

| I am still waiting for a correct solution to the full screen not appearing on the secondary. I have tried every thing you have suggested even before you suggested them and still cannot use the program for a show. We need to fix this or refund my money as this program was used for 2 shows before the malfunction. |
