Karaoke forum for PowerKaraoke (karaoke software to create, play, and burn CD+G and video karaoke)

I'm having a hard time figuring out which one of these packages I need to purchase.

I'm looking to do the following

- import mp3 songs

- display the lyrics karaoke style as well as various images at specific points during the song

- burn the results to DVDs that can be played in a dvd player or on a PC

- modify text size, font, color as well as background color, etc.

Seems like both of these programs accomplish most, if not all, of this.

Any advice here would be greatly appreciated.

You may try out Power Video Karaoke to build karaoke video files, and burn DVD using any burning software you are usually use for the purpose. (A new version of Power Video Karaoke will be released soon.)

Or

Try out Karaoke CD+G Creator to build karaoke CDG files and burn them as DVD using our Karaoke DVD Burner. In this case however, a output resolution is limited to comply with CD+G standard.

Does Power Karaoke have the same advanced options that I am looking for? In particular, these....

- Display images at certain parts of a song
- Modify background, font, font size, text color, etc.
- Display output in full screen mode
- Preview final output before building

Yes, it does. I recommend to download the demo and try the software out. You may enable two weeks evaluation period, and test the fully functional version for the two weeks.

I've already done that with Karaoke CD+G Creator. It seems that both packages are very similar. I'll try the other one. Thanks.
